Lt. Teddy Leoutsakos Memorial Scholarship
Lt. Teddy Leoutsakos was a founding Executive Board member of F.O.C.O. and one of our first responders to the W.T.C. on 9/11/01. He passed away last year after a long battle with cancer. To honor his memory this Spring our Annual College Scholarship will be awarded in his name by random drawing on March 18, 2016. New applications for the Spring 2016 Semester must be received no later than March 14, 2016, please see www.FOCO.org for an application.
